Black Friday has arrived and here are 5 last minute things I always do that could help anyone looking to maximise sales tomorrow:
1) Run through the site as a customer would see it, on desktop and phone is anything weird?
2) Check ad links, email links and put in a test order, you never know when an issue can popup and its best to know early
3) Check competitor activity constantly, watch out for curveballs
4) With the attribution lag in GA4 utilise backend platforms, logs or anything to tell you how the days sales are tracking
5) Remember people start buying early, you cant wait for the start of the work day to be on it, you have already missed 9 hours of trading by that point!
Over this weekend its executing the basics well that counts.
